Shipping policy

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Available shipping methods, charges, and any product-specific delivery estimate are displayed at checkout or on the product page. An order confirmation means we received the order; it is not a shipping confirmation.

We will send a shipping confirmation when the order is accepted by the carrier and provide tracking when the service supports it. Products in the same order may ship separately. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, customs, holidays, and address problems can cause delays. If we cannot ship within the time promised at checkout or in your order communication, we will contact you with available options, including cancellation and refund where required.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically using the email address entered at checkout or through the download method shown after payment. No physical item is shipped for a digital product. Check spam or promotions folders before contacting us about a missing delivery.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Review the delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Use the Contact form at viralpicks.org immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins, and customers may be responsible for reshipment caused by an incorrect address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout specifically says otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing may extend delivery time.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a package arrives damaged, use the storefront Contact form with your order number and any available photos. We will review the carrier information and help determine the appropriate resolution. A carrier status of delivered may require a carrier investigation before replacement or refund.
